Shipping Time

Items are shipped in 4-12 days depending on item. Please allow additional time for delivery. Delivery times are out of our hands and can take up to 30 days. Please CONFIRM your shipping address. We can not re-ship because the wrong address was entered. If you have any concerns or questions please email info@thecozyseasons.com

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cozy Seasons is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You can also reach out to us at info@thecozyseasons.com with photos of the damage so we can help assist in the process.
