Shipping & Production
Because each of our items is custom-made to order, we combine our production and shipping times into one simple delivery window. This allows us to ensure your order is printed with the highest quality and care before it reaches your door.

Domestic Delivery (USA & Canada): 4–12 Business Days

Latvia & Local Delivery: 4–10 Business Days

Please Note: Once your order is handcrafted and leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your home.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply upon arrival.
Where is my order shipping from? We work with a network of high-quality print providers. Depending on what you ordered (a blanket or a mug), your items may ship from different locations to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.
How can I track my package? As soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your home.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order? Because each item at Cozy Seasons is created especially for you at the time of purchase, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, style preferences, or incorrect size selection.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect? We want you to love your seasonal essentials. If your item arrives with a printing error, manufacturing defect, or damage from shipping, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.
